Who is eligible to purchase from The Potillery?

Only individuals aged 19 and above residing in Canada are authorized to order products from our website. No exceptions will be made to this policy.

How do I become a member?

Joining us is hassle-free and without cost. Simply confirm you are 19 or older and a resident of Canada to sign up for free!

Are you open on Statutory Holidays?

Yes! We are open 364 days a year. We are closed Christmas Day. but otherwise we are OPEN year round.

Payments & Fees

What payment methods do you accept?

On our website, we accept E-Transfer and you can call us if you’d prefer to pay with a credit card. Please adhere to the provided checkout instructions.

Refunds & Exchanges

Purchases of consumable items are final; we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Should your package go missing in transit, we will resend the product.

Shipping / Canada Post

Do you offer local shipping?

Yes! If your address falls within the deliverability area and you order before 1PM, your order will be included in our local deliveries for the day. Check to see if your address is within the deliverability area.

Do you offer FREE shipping locally?

Yes! If you spend $200 or more on your order and you reside within the deliverability area, you will be eligible for FREE local delivery! Just choose “FREE Shipping” as your delivery method at checkout. Check to see if your address is within the deliverability area.

How long will I have to wait for my package to be delivered?

Delivery times across Canada vary. We dispatch all items through Canada Post.

Do you ship outside of Canada?

We do not offer shipping outside of Canada.
